Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to support our Customer Experience organization.
This role combines Order Management, Customer Operations, Business Analytics, and Process Automation, with a primary focus on managing SLA-based customer orders and contracts within the SAP setting while providing data-driven insights through Power BI reporting and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Order Management, SAP/SAP Fiori, Power BI, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, along with a passion for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Customer Operations

Manage end-to-end SLA order processing within SAP Fiori.
Process purchase orders, create and maintain SLA contracts, and support billing setup.
Validate pricing, contract terms, and billing details against approved quotations.
Resolve order, contract,



and billing discrepancies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Contract teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
Maintain system accuracy and data integrity within SAP.

Business Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for:

Sales performance
Order backlog and processing metrics
SLA contract performance
Billing and revenue analysis
Customer experience metrics

Analyze data from SAP, CRM systems, and other business applications to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Automation & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
Support automation initiatives using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Contribute to AI-driven solutions that improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
