Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive sales
growth in the Ahmedabad region. This role is responsible for developing and
executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets
within the HL segment.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and
objectives for the HL segment in Ahmedabad.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed
sales quotas.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering strong
relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify
growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
* Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance
analyses to senior management.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring
customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to




ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical
standards.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years
in a sales management role, preferably within the HL segment.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and
develop a high-performing sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and strong understanding of the HL
segment.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.
