Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop
our sales team in Gurgaon, focusing on the High-Level (HL) market segment. This
role involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring
the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
for the HL segment in Gurgaon.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance
and support to optimize their performance.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships
with key decision-makers within HL accounts.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and
customer needs, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to
senior management.
* Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and




customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer
interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to
promote our products/services.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a
sales management role, specifically within the HL market.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Gurgaon market and established relationships with
key HL clients is highly desirable.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams.
