Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Backend Node Developer with robust expertise in Node.js as the primary backend technology.
- This role is centered on backend system design and development within scalable, service-oriented architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building robust APIs, developing server-side applications, and supporting modern distributed systems.
- Candidates should also have working knowledge of Python as a key secondary technology, with Java also beneficial, enabling them to support and maintain services across multiple backend stacks. While familiarity with front-end technologies such as React is beneficial, the primary focus of the role is backend development.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Design and develop server-side applications within microservices-based architectures




- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration with React-based applications
- Design and optimise database schemas and backend data flows
- Work with cloud-based environments to deploy and maintain backend services
- Implement best practices in testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and optimise backend performance, scalability, and reliability
- Communicate system architecture and technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services
- Strong working knowledge of Python (key secondary skill); Java beneficial but not a priority
