Position Description for Lead Service Delivery Engineer:

Sabre Offer Optimization & Data Science Delivery Engineers are members of a
techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Air Vision
Revenue Optimization and Agile Pricing solutions for various airlines.
Delivery Engineer is acknowledged as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on these
solutions, related Data Science Approaches and business practice of Offer
Optimization and Offer Management.

Responsibilities:





* Will be involved in end to solution implementation life cycle starting from
Project Kick Off, Business Process Assessment (BPA) through transition to
customer care.
* Will develop a thorough understanding of the application’s user interface,
from both functional and business process standpoint, to train airline
analysts and help in solution adoption into customer’s business processes.
* Will attend onsite customer meetings when required and support the project
team in understanding customer's business processes and requirements.
* Works collaboratively in a team environment with project managers, account
managers, implementation and development resources to meet customer
expectations regarding solution implementation, issue resolution during
solution adoption phase, and resolution of maintenance issues / service
requests post cutover.
