The role requires proactive monitoring, incident resolution, platform administration, and collaboration with cloud and application teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of containerized workloads. The engineer will support GitOps deployments using Argo CD, CI/CD operations, and contribute to the stability and continuous improvement of Kubernetes platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Platform & Operations Operate, administer, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).



Manage cluster health, node pools, workloads, namespaces, networking, storage, and Kubernetes resources. Participate in application deployment activities using Argo CD and GitHub Actions. Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of Kubernetes platforms and hosted applications. Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational dashboards. Define and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation. Incident & Reliability Own incident response for Kubernetes platform and containerized workloads, including triage, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention. Resolve production incidents related to GKE, AKS, Argo CD, networking, storage, and Kubernetes infrastructure. Coordinate with cloud, application, and platform teams for timely resolution.
