Role Summary

The Solutions Architect is the technical owner of a client engagement from the first sales meeting through solution sign-off. You will translate a client’s fraud and risk requirements into a designed solution that marries Sign3’s products with the customizations a given bank or FinTech needs, and you will drive that design through our internal product, data,



and engineering teams. This is a high impact, client-facing, cross-functional role requiring strong technical design skills, fluency in the BFSI fraud domain, and the ability to speak credibly to both a bank’s CISO and your own backend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

A. Discovery & requirement shaping
Lead detailed technical discovery after the initial sales meeting to uncover the client’s true needs, fraud typologies, risk drivers, dependencies, and constraints.
Probe beyond the stated ask to identify the real problem, integration realities, and what "success” looks like for the client.
B. Solution design
Map client requirements against Sign3’s product suite and define where standard products fit and where customization is required.
Produce a clear customization/requirement specification and an end-to-end solution architecture covering data flows, integration patterns, deployment mod
