Role Purpose

As Analyst II - Implementation Management at Accelya, you will manage airline software implementation projects, coordinating internal teams and airline customers, tracking progress and ensuring delivery meets scope, timeline and quality requirements.
Duties Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end airline software implementation projects, coordinating technical, functional and testing workstreams across internal and client teams
- Maintain clear client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle, managing expectations and escalating risks proactively
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk registers and change request logs using Jira, Smartsheet and Microsoft Project
- Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for project documentation, status reports and client communication
- Conduct project kick-offs, progress reviews and go-live readiness assessments with airline customer stakeholders
- Manage scope changes, applying change control processes and assessing commercial implications
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives,

Required Experience Skills
- 3 5 years of software implementation or project management experience in a technology workplace
- Proven ability to manage implementation projects end-to-end
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Strong client relationship and risk management skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP preferred
Preferred Experience Skills
- Experience delivering airline software implementations, ideally with knowledge of NDC, revenue management or airline operations systems
- Proficiency with Jira AI or equivalent, Smartsheet AI or equivalent or similar platforms for intelligent project tracking and automated stakeholder reporting
