Job Requirements
a) Job Profile :
· Managing various Cloud Data warehouses & Data lakes - Redshift (mandatory) / RDS/DynamoDB / S3, etc
· Interaction with relevant Teams both internal and external partners for trouble-shooting and solutions.
b) Key Deliverables ( Quantifiable dimensions ) of the job :
· Manage, support and maintain database environments adhering to the architectural guidelines, policies, and best practices.
· Take a key role in understanding performance metrics, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues
· Install and maintain the administrative and monitoring tools necessary for high levels of availability and performance of the client's system - Perform day to day and long term monitoring of system health as it relates to database usage and performance.
· Design & maintain procedures and putting them into operation.
· Diagnose and resolves database performance, capacity and replication issues. Perform research into database performance issues and come up with solutions to address those concerns.




· Produces reports on database systems related to availability, performance, capacity management and SLAs.
· Implement & maintain security for DW ( including row-level ,column level, encryption , masking,etc).
· Able to create and implement effective Backup and Recovery plans .
· Defining procedure for critical activity and simulating such as restoring of backup etc
· Configuring and maintaining setting copies according to the Backup & DR strategy.
· Perform physical implementation of databases, storage structures, high-availability solutions such as multi-AZ, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
· Work with engineering teams to optimize data costs for their products and domains.
· Identifying,, suggesting and initiating areas of improvements .
Creation and maintenance of Operational manuals of all tasks associated with administration .

Work Experience
· Having minimum 02-03 years’ experience in above specified areas (Database
