Job Summary

The Sales Manager - LAP (Loan Against Property) will be responsible for leading
and managing the sales team in Hyderabad, driving revenue growth, and achieving
sales targets for our Loan Against Property products. This role requires a
solid understanding of the LAP market, excellent leadership skills, and a
proven track record in sales.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales
targets in the Hyderabad region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their
continuous development and high performance.
* Identify recent business opportunities, build strong relationships with channel
partners, and expand the customer base for LAP products.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt
sales strategies and product offerings effectively.
* Monitor sales team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct
performance reviews.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and
compliance standards.




* Collaborate with other departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing,
to ensure smooth customer service and product delivery.
* Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior
management.
* Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead conversion and
customer acquisition.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a
managerial role specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP) sector.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* In-depth knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market and LAP product
offerings.
* Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
