Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our
sales efforts in the Jaipur region. This role is responsible for driving revenue
growth, managing a sales team, and developing strong client relationships within
the HL sector.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales
targets for the HL sector in Jaipur.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance
and support to optimize their performance.
* Identify and cultivate current business opportunities, including prospecting, lead
generation, and client acquisition.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key
accounts and stakeholders.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and
opportunities.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to
senior management.
* Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer
satisfaction.




* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment
of sales strategies.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years
in a sales management role, preferably within the HL sector.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and
motivate a sales force.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Deep understanding of the Jaipur market and the HL industry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
