We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive global business growth by developing strategic partnerships, expanding overseas agent networks, and acquiring new international customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Import & Export Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, and International Trade with a proven ability to achieve revenue targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

International Business Development
- Develop and execute international business development strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals.
- Identify, onboard, and manage overseas agents, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and strategic alliances.
- Generate new business opportunities for Import, Export, Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Cross-Border Logistics, and Supply Chain Solutions.
- Develop long-term relationships with international customers, key accounts, and overseas partners.
- Explore recent trade lanes, emerging markets,



and international business opportunities.

Overseas Agent & Partner Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with global freight forwarding partners and logistics networks.
- Negotiate freight rates, commercial agreements, and service contracts with overseas agents.
- Evaluate partner performance to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international logistics conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and virtual meetings.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare competitive freight quotations in collaboration with the Pricing Team.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and convert qualified leads into profitable business.
- Develop and grow key accounts while maximizing wallet share from existing international customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling
