Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Career Advisor to help job seekers navigate their career journey. As a Career Advisor, you will communicate with candidates, understand their career goals, explain our services, and guide them throughout the hiring process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with candidates through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Understand candidates' education, experience, visa/work authorization, and career objectives.
- Explain the company's career support services and hiring process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Assist candidates with resume improvements and interview preparation.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM/database.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates by providing timely updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from onboarding to placement.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, Marketing, or any related field.

- Internship or customer-facing experience is a plus.
