Requirements
1. HR Governance, Audit & Compliance
Act as the single-point owner for HR statutory compliance across all applicable labour laws, including:
Factories / Shops & Establishments Acts
PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and PT
Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
POSH, Maternity Benefit, Equal Remuneration, and related laws
Ensure 100% audit readiness for:
Internal audits




Statutory / labour inspections
External due diligence (Big-4, investors, government bodies)
Own and maintain HR compliance documentation, registers, filings, and returns.
Periodically conduct HR compliance risk assessments and present findings to CMD.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations with documented corrective actions.

2. HR Policy Framework & Controls
Design, implement, and periodically review:
HR policies
SOPs
Delegation of authority (HR-related)
Disciplinary and code-of-conduct frameworks
Ensure policy adherence across departments with zero tolerance for deviations.
Align HR policies with evolving labour laws and organizational strategy.
Maintain version-controlled policy documentation and employee acknowledgements.

3. End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Ownership
Govern the complete Employee Life Cycle (ELC):
Workforce onboarding & induction
Confirmation and role stabilization
