About the Role

We're looking for a motivated
Operations Associate
to join our founding team and help build and scale our operations. If you enjoy solving problems, working across teams, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations and execution.
- Coordinate field operations and cross-functional activities.
- Work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Take ownership of challenges and deliver results.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 0–3 years of professional experience (fresh and recent graduates with exceptional leadership or startup experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.
- Comfortable working on-site and participating in field operations.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Passion for startups and building something from the ground up.
