Role Manager – ELP CellReporting to - GM - HRJob Summary The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with the Engineering LeadershipProgram (ELP) talent pool and business leaders to drive the employee lifecycle,talent management, career progression, engagement, and retention of ELPparticipants. The role will act as a dedicated HR Business Partner for high-potentialengineering talent, ensuring a structured development journey and creating a robustleadership pipeline for the organization.Responsibilities • HR Business Partneringo Serve as the primary HR point of contact for trainees in the EngineeringLeadership Program.o Partner with business leaders, functional heads, and programstakeholders to ensure effective deployment and development of ELPtalent.o Facilitate seamless employee integration across functions, projects,and locations.• Talent Management & Career Developmento Design and manage the 3 to 5-year career progression framework forELP participants.o Monitor individual development plans, learning milestones, rolerotations,



and readiness for future roles.o Conduct periodic talent reviews and succession planning discussionsfor ELP talent.o Identify high-potential employees and recommend developmentinterventions to accelerate growth.• Employee Engagement & Retentiono Drive engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience andretention within the ELP cohort.o Conduct regular connect sessions, pulse checks, and feedbackdiscussions.o Track employee sentiment and proactively address concerns impactingengagement and productivity.o Support the creation of a solid ELP alumni and networking culturewithin the organization.• Employee Relations & Grievance Managemento Act as a trusted advisor for ELP employees on workplace concerns andcareer-related discussions.o Manage employee grievances, conflicts, and escalations in a timely andconfidential manner.o Facilitate resolution of employee issues through collaboration withbusiness leaders and HR teams.o Ensure adhere
