Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, digital transformation, and managed services. The role requires a strategic leader with a robust technical foundation, exceptional program management capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution across global teams.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, align technology delivery with business objectives, govern budgets and risks, oversee vendor performance, and ensure successful realization of business outcomes. This role demands executive stakeholder engagement, technical acumen, and the ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs from initiation through transition to operations.
- Develop program strategies, execution roadmaps, governance frameworks, and delivery plans aligned with business priorities.




- Manage multiple interdependent projects while ensuring schedule, scope, quality, budget, and benefits realization.
- Establish program governance, steering committee cadence, and executive reporting mechanisms.

Technical Delivery
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Engineering Leads, Infrastructure Teams, and Product Owners to ensure technically sound and scalable solutions.
- Drive cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, enterprise application deployment, and platform integration initiatives.
- Manage cross-technology dependencies spanning Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Networking, DevOps, Data Platforms, Digital Workplace, and Enterprise Applications.
- Ensure architecture, security, operational readiness, and compliance requirements are incorporated into delivery plans.

Delivery Governance
- Own integrated program schedules, milestones, dependency management, RAID registers
