Interior Site Supervisor

Experience- 5-7 Years (7+ years preferred)

Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential interior projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing home interior sites, coordinating with vendors and contractors, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

The candidate should be able to interpret interior drawings, possess a sound understanding of civil work, and effectively coordinate with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.
- Read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing, and working drawings accurately.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings,



specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines.
- Manage in office modifications and coordinate any design or execution changes with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the availability of required materials, tools, and manpower at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, workmanship, and safety standards.
- Supervise civil works, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, modular furniture installation, and finishing activities.
- Resolve site-related issues proactively and report progress to the management team.
