We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern with 1 year of experience , to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, interview scheduling and operational acitvities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.




- 0 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related internships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc., is preferred.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exposure to sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and candidate engagement.
- Experience or exposure to Automotive Manufacturing, Auto Components, etc.
- Understanding of manufacturing plant hiring, shop-floor recruitment, or engineering talent acquisition is an added benef
