What we’re looking for:

The Assistant Manager – Capex is responsible for planning, coordinating, and
executing capital investment and improvement projects at the site. The role
ensures projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and in
compliance with engineering, quality, environmental, and regulatory
requirements. The position acts as a key interface between Operations,
Maintenance, EHS, Procurement, Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Vendors




to deliver projects that support business growth, asset reliability, process
safety, and operational excellence. Specific Accountability and responsibilities
include,

Project Planning and Execution

* Lead assigned CAPEX projects from concept development through commissioning
and handover.
* Develop project scope, schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
* Monitor project progress against established milestones and take corrective
actions to address deviations.
* Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and startup
activities to ensure seamless execution.
* Prepare regular project status reports highlighting progress, risks, costs,
and mitigation plans.
* Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Engineering Design and Technical Support

* Review engineering drawings, layouts, P&IDs;, equipment specifications,
datasheets, and ve
