We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Broadway retail store. The ideal candidate should have prior retail experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the store.
Conduct product sampling and demonstrations.
Help customers with product trials and explain product features and perks.
Guide shoppers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and merchandising standards.
Follow all retail store policies and operational guidelines.
Requirement
1–2 years of experience in retail sales.
Must be comfortable working in a retail environment, including standing for long hours and following retail floor policies (eno sitting on the shop floor).
Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Customer-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
No prior nail art experience is required.
