QUALIFICATION : Graduate with MBA in HR

EXPERIENCE : Min 10 - 12 years as Head - HR in company with minimum staff strength of 100 personnel. Candidates from Construction industry will be preferred. The candidate should be familiar all laws specifically Construction and Migrant Worker Laws.

As Dy Manager HR / Manager-HR , you will be responsible for complete activities related to department which includes HR, IR and Administration which includes but not limited to Duties & Responsibilities as detailed below.
