Are you an experienced collections leader with a strong background in the NBFC/BFSI industry?

We're looking for a Head – Collections to lead our end-to-end collections function, drive recovery performance, and build a high-performing collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute collection strategies across all delinquency buckets (Early, Late & NPA)

✅ Lead and mentor zonal, state, and recovery teams

✅ Manage collection agencies, legal partners, and recovery vendors

✅ Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and legal recovery frameworks

✅ Drive data-backed decisions through MIS, analytics, and performance dashboards

✅ Partner with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations to improve portfolio performance

What We're Looking For:

✔️ 12+ years of collections experience in NBFC/BFSI





✔️ Robust exposure to Retail and/or SME loan portfolios

✔️ Expertise in NPA management, SARFAESI, Section 138, and legal recovery processes

✔️ Proven leadership experience managing large teams and recovery operations

✔️ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Experience with digital collections, automation, or AI-driven recovery tools is an added advantage
