, we're expanding our global footprint and looking for a
GTM Engineer (Export Outreach)
to build our export lead generation engine from the ground up. This isn't a traditional sales role. We're looking for someone who enjoys combining
data, automation, and technology
to create scalable outbound systems that drive qualified international leads.
What You'll Do
- Build prospecting pipelines using
Clay, Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Lemlist
, or similar tools.
- Identify and enrich high-quality prospects across global markets including
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and East Africa
.
- Create personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Develop lightweight automations using
Python, JavaScript, APIs, or no-code tools
.
- Manage CRM hygiene and optimize outreach performance through continuous testing and iteration.
- Work closely with the Export Sales team to convert qualified prospects into business opportunities.
We're Looking For
✅ 1–4 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Sales Operations, or a similar role.
✅ Hands-on experience with:
- Clay
- Apollo
- Hunter
- Instantly
- Lemlist
- CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent)
