We're Hiring: Admissions Counselors at NorthBridge Minds
We're building industry-integrated MBA programs where students don't just study business, they train inside real firms and graduate with a job offer in hand. Now we're looking for Admissions Counselors who can help the right students find their way into these programs.
This isn't a hard-sell role. Our programs sell themselves on outcomes: embedded On-the-Job Training, stipends while you learn, and most students converting their training into a full-time offer before graduation. Your job is to connect with prospective MBA candidates, understand their goals, and guide them toward the program that actually fits.
What you'll do
:
Engage with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, counsel them on program fit and outcomes, manage a pipeline of leads, follow up consistently,
and support candidates from first enquiry through enrollment.
What we're looking for
:
Strong communication and persuasion skills, a genuine interest in students' futures, and the ability to hit conversion targets with a consultative, student-first approach. Experience in admissions counseling, education sales, or higher education is a big plus. Comfort with CRM tools and target-driven work is essential.
