We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our
sales efforts in the Indore region for our HL product line. This role is
responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong client relationships,
and managing a high-performing sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
for the HL product line in the Indore market.
* Manage, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize
individual and team performance.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering solid
relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive
landscapes, and potential growth areas.
* Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance
analyses to senior management.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and
providing exceptional service.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market




feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
* Monitor and manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking
opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a
sales management role, preferably within the relevant industry for HL products.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and
develop sales professionals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the Indore market and customer base.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
