Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our
Lucknow-based Sales team for our LAP (Loan Against Property) products. This role
involves driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the
achievement of sales targets within the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales
targets for LAP products in the Lucknow region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing
training and performance feedback.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, real estate
agents, and other referral sources to generate leads.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify current business opportunities
and competitive trends.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement,
ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor
activities to senior management.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory




guidelines.
* Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to optimize
customer experience and process efficiency.
* Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the
company's LAP offerings.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field. MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3
years in a managerial role, specifically within the financial services sector,
focusing on Loan Against Property (LAP) or similar secured lending products.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Lucknow real estate market and local demographics.
