Role Description
The Assistant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat. This position supports the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day activities, including scheduling projects, coordinating installation teams, and monitoring inventory levels. The role involves tracking orders, ensuring materials and equipment are available, and following up on deliveries and vendor relationships. The Assistant Operations Manager will help maintain quality standards,



ensure adherence to safety practices, and support process improvements for greater efficiency. The role also includes preparing basic reports, assisting with customer communication regarding project timelines, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
