Our client is a leading global specialist in energy management and automation and is looking to engage a Consultant – HR Operations who can:
- Support end-to-end HR operations across corporate and manufacturing functions, ensuring efficient execution of HR processes.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, addressing HR-related queries and driving timely resolutions.
- Coordinate and support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, confirmations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvements.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support business decision-making.
- Drive effective stakeholder management by partnering with business leaders and influencing key HR initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Skills Required:
- 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate and/or manufacturing workplace.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is an advantage.
