Role Description
The Google Ads Specialist will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement for BrightCHAMPS. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves planning, executing, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns across Search,



Display, Video, and App formats. The specialist will conduct keyword research, set up ad groups, write and test ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and track campaign performance against key metrics. In collaboration with marketing, product, and analytics teams, the role includes analyzing data, generating reports, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets. The specialist will also stay updated on Google Ads best practices and industry trends to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, including Search, Display, and Video formats.
- Proficiency in performance marketing concepts such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Ability to conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
