Position Summary

The Head – Human Resources will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading all HR strategies, systems, and people initiatives to ensure exceptional workforce productivity, employee engagement, talent acquisition, compliance, and organisational growth.

The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospitals,



Pathology Chains, or Medical Services and should have demonstrated success in managing large teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build a performance-driven, accountability-based work culture.
- Design HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Recruit high-quality doctors, radiologists, pathologists, technicians, nurses, sales teams, operations staff, and corporate professionals.
- Reduce recruitment turnaround time.
- Develop employer branding strategies.
- Build recruitment pipelines through job portals, campus hiring, employee referrals, consultants, and social media.
- Ensure zero critical manpower shortages.

Performance Management
- Design KPI/KRA-based
