Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales
operations in Hubli. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets,
developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales
professionals to drive business growth within the designated territory.

Job Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
for the Hubli region.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing
coaching, training, and performance management.
* Identify current business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and
expand market share.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales
strategies and tactics.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to
senior management.
* Manage the sales budget and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to
ensure a cohesive customer experience.




* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to
negotiation and closing deals.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the
company and generate leads.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years
in a sales management role.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
