The IBO Training Specialist will serve in an instrumental role in building and
deploying Huron’s Revenue Cycle training offering. In this role, the individual
will support training for Revenue Cycle staff, including onboarding, competency
assessments, and ongoing development, ensuring alignment with operational
workflows, client requirements, and quality standards.
The specialist will provide training across key Revenue Cycle functions,
including Patient Financial Services and Patient Access. Successful performance
in this role requires robust Revenue Cycle domain expertise combined with a
solid understanding of adult learning principles to effectively drive learner
engagement and performance improvement.
