Job Description: Product Development & Operations Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive *Product Development & Operations Executive* who will be responsible for coordinating product development, manufacturing, packaging procurement, quality control and vendor operations.
The person will work closely with third-party manufacturers, packaging vendors, internal teams and testing partners to ensure that every product is developed and manufactured according to the approved quality, cost and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Coordination
* Coordinate regularly with product manufacturers, packaging vendors, printers and other suppliers.
* Communicate product requirements, quantities, specifications and delivery timelines clearly.
* Follow up on quotations, samples, purchase orders, production status and dispatches.
* Maintain healthy vendor relationships and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Identify and evaluate new manufacturers, packaging suppliers and product-development partners.
2. Product Development
* Assist in the development of recent products from initial concept to commercial production.
