Deliver classroom and practical training in Energy or Automation domains.
Conduct laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops.
Mentor students on industry projects and technical skills.
Develop training content, assessments, and practical exercises.
Ensure safe and effective use of lab equipment and training infrastructure.
Collaborate with industry partners to create an application-oriented learning workplace.
What We're Looking For
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.
25 years of industry or training experience in Energy, Electrical Systems, PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related technologies.
Strong practical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring engineers and technicians.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
