We are looking for:

Model N Consultant (Techno-Functional / Support Expert)

Location: Nationwide/ Hybrid

Engagement: Long-term Contract / Full-time

Key Responsibilities (What you’ll do):

L2/L3 Technical Support: Own the resolution of complex issues, perform deep troubleshooting, root-cause analysis (RCA), and handle system escalations efficiently.

Model N Flex Management: Work actively on Model N environments powered by Flex, handling system updates, configurations, and integration troubleshooting.

Application Stability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical data gaps, pricing discrepancies, and integration bottlenecks.

SLA Compliance: Ensure all support tickets are addressed and closed within the agreed ITIL framework SLAs (Incidents, Problems, and Changes).

Collaboration: Partner with development teams, business analysts, and client-side stakeholders to implement long-term fixes and system enhancements.





Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

Core Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with Model N Revenue Management and Model N Flex modules.

Support Background: Proven experience in L2 and L3 application support (issue diagnostics, configuration changes, and deep system analysis).

Technical Skills: Robust SQL querying skills for data analysis, data reconciliation, and database-level debugging.

Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical commercial processes, including Rebates, Chargebacks, and Pricing Operations is highly preferred.

Process Savvy: Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with both business stakeholders and technical developers.
