Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic, hands-on Regional Manager to oversee showroom operations across the Western Line of Mumbai and select additional cities. The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager who can lead a team of 40-45 staff, ensure operational discipline, drive footfalls in coordination with marketing, maintain world-class showroom standards, and represent field operations directly to the Directors. This is an operations + people-leadership role prior experience in the optical industry is not necessary, but strong retail/multi-outlet management experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & People Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 4045 employees across multiple showroom locations.
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company discipline policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and high morale across all outlets.
- Identify underperformance early and take corrective coaching action.

2. Systems,



Controls & Monitoring
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all showrooms.
- Monitor daily/weekly operational reports (sales, stock, footfall, staff attendance).
- Ensure compliance with company systems, cash handling procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct surprise/scheduled store audits to check adherence to processes.
- Flag and resolve operational gaps or process breakdowns promptly.

3. Marketing Coordination & Footfall Generation
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing activities.
- Drive both online (digital campaigns, social media leads) and offline (in-store promotions, local tie-ups, events) footfall generation strategies.
- Track footfall-to-conversion ratios and share actionable feedback with marketing.
- Coordinate local activations, camps, or promotional events to boost walk-ins.
