Job Description – HR Manager (Ahmedabad)
This position will have responsibilities related to Human Resources and Office Manager Role to serving Aimler Solutions at Ahmedabad.
Position: HR Manager( Ahmedabad )
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage payroll for India offices (Ahmedabad), including salary calculations, statutory deductions (PF, ESI), taxes, and payroll compliance.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation such as offer letters, employment contracts, and confidential personnel records.
Maintain and update HR databases within ERP systems.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee relations, disciplinary matters, separations, and HR guidance.
Oversee office administration, procurement of office supplies, and daily office operations.
Manage HR technology platforms, including ATS, onboarding, and payroll systems.
Review, draft,



and manage vendor agreements while ensuring compliance and mitigating contractual risks.
Maintain vendor records and continuously improve vendor management processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory.
Solid understanding of Indian labour laws, payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Experience working with US-based companies is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Coordinate with legal consultants, auditors, and government authorities for statutory filings, inspections, notices, and audits.
