Job description:
Financial Accounting, Reporting & Internal Controls
Own the accounting records across all group entities.
Design and maintain the chart of accounts.
Deliver an accurate and timely monthly close process.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
Monitor operating expenses and maintain financial discipline.
Implement accounting systems and establish internal financial controls appropriate for a scaling business.
Maintain complete and audit-ready financial records.





Cash Management, Treasury & Capital Deployment
Manage the company's cash position and monitor financial runway.
Prepare and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts.
Track expenditure against approved capital budgets for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 infrastructure deployments, including:
Transformers
Containers
Mining equipment
Identify and escalate liquidity or runway risks early.
Administer investor financial obligations, including quarterly preferred dividend payments commencing in Q3 2026.
Coordinate treasury activities across USD, AED and NGN banking arrangements.
Support Bitcoin custody and treasury operations alongside Terrahex's banking partners.

Board, Investor & Joint Venture Reporting
Prepare monthly management accounts.
Produce Board reporting packs on an agreed reporting calendar.
Reconcile financial reporting to the company's canonical financial model.
