You'll drive high-value IT solutions across India, leveraging warm leads and a strong technical team.

Compensation:

INR 25K - 30K/month

+ Commissions (:INR400K/month)

Responsibilities and more:

We are hiring experienced sales executives to sell mobile app and website development services across India.

Responsibilities:
- Handle warm inbound leads provided by the company.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Close high-value projects.




- Maintain CRM and coordinate with the technical team.

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month.

Performance Incentives:
- 1% commission on monthly sales up to ₹1 Crore. (1 lakh/month).
- 1.5% commission on monthly sales between ₹1 Crore and ₹2 Crore. (2.5 lakh/month).
- 2% commission on monthly sales above ₹2 Crore. (2.5 lakh - 4 lakh/month).
