Job Title: Field Recruiter – Technical Hiring

Job Purpose
To source, screen, and prepare technically competent candidates for client interviews through extensive field recruitment activities, ensuring quality hiring and improved selection ratios.

Key Responsibilities




Travel extensively across Hyderabad locations to source technical candidates.

Build candidate pipelines through ITIs, training institutes, referrals, job fairs, and local networks.

Conduct initial technical screening and assess candidate suitability.

Brief shortlisted candidates on client expectations, job role, and interview requirements.

Coordinate walk-in drives and client interviews.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.

Work closely with Operations and Hiring Managers to meet manpower requirements.

Qualification
Graduate/Diploma (Technical (MEP) qualification preferred).

Experience
2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical, FM, MEP or industrial hiring.

Experience in field recruitment and walk-in campaigns.
