Role Description
The HR Manager role at Alphaarc Educational Consultancy is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Daily responsibilities include managing hiring processes, coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.



The role also involves developing HR policies, conducting training and development initiatives, supporting workforce planning, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to align HR practices with organizational goals and support long-term growth.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
