Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities, manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations,



follow up with prospects, and convert leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for B2B sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, CRM databases, digital inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable steel products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily calling targets, follow-up goals, and monthly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending inquiries, and order confirmations.
