Job Title: E-commerce Accounts Executive (Amazon & Flipkart) Department: E-commerce Sales Location: Noida Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce accounts to lead and manage our Amazon and Flipkart business operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling marketplace accounts, driving revenue growth, managing a team of account executives, and developing strategies to improve marketplace performance. The role requires robust leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of E-commerce executives and account managers. Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Ensure timely execution of tasks related to listings, inventory, orders, and account management. Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams. Account Management Oversee all aspects of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts. Ensure account health, policy compliance,



and issue resolution. Manage escalations and maintain strong relationships with marketplace support teams. Sales & Business Growth Develop and implement marketplace growth strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share. Identify opportunities for product expansion, promotions, pricing optimization, and category growth. Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Listing & Catalog Management Supervise product listing creation, optimization, and maintenance. Conduct keyword research and ensure SEO-friendly content for higher visibility and conversion rates. Improve product content, images, and A+ content wherever applicable. Inventory & Operations Management Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs and overstocking. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Optimize inventory planning based on sale
