About the role:
As the Lead, Changemaker Engagement, People & Culture, you will drive the end-to-end Changemaker ecosystem across 23 districts in Punjab. Leading a team of Zonal P&C; Partners,



you will build scalable people systems, strengthen performance and governance frameworks, and enhance engagement for a large, distributed workforce.

This role blends strategic partnership with solid execution, enabling impactful, data-driven people practices aligned with the vision of Wholistic Wellbeing.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
· Partner with Roundglass Foundation leaders to design and deploy talent strategies for attraction, retention, and capability building.
· Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all P&C; matters impacting Changemakers.
· Aligning people strategies with organizational growth and expansion plans.

End-to-End Changemaker Lifecycle Ownership
· Take full accountability for lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding) for Changemakers across all districts.
· Standardize and ensure consistent execution of lifecycle processes through zonal
