Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales
efforts in the Borivali region. This role is responsible for driving revenue
growth, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets for our Home Loan
(HL) products.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and
expand our customer base in the Borivali area.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to consistently meet and
exceed sales targets for Home Loan products.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify
recent business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, builders, and
channel partners.
* Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal
closure and post-sales support.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements related to lending products.




* Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product
knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to
streamline processes and improve customer experience.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related
field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a
sales management role within the financial services or real estate industry,
specifically with Home Loans.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and
develop a high-performing sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* In-depth knowledge of Home Loan products, market dynamics, and regulatory
frameworks in India.
