Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our
Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team in Chennai. This role involves driving
sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving ambitious
business targets within the LAP segment.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP business objectives
and expand market share in Chennai.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of LAP Sales Executives to meet and exceed
individual and team sales targets.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify recent business
opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners,
and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory
guidelines related to LAP sales.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and
facilitate training and development for the sales team.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior




management.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3
years in a managerial role specifically within the Loan Against Property (LAP)
sector.
* Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market and LAP product
offerings.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English and Tamil is essential.
