IT Operations & Infrastructure
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including all the networks Switch firewall Access point and router, endpoints, and cloud services end user support.
Monitor system and device performance, availability, and capacity to ensure business continuity.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
Administer Microsoft office 365 services including Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams centre and security features.
Manage user accounts, licenses, distribution groups, mail flow, whitelisting, and access controls.
Support Copilot, Intune device management, and endpoint protection policies.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and maintain security controls such as antivirus, EDR, email security, data protection, and access management.
Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, ISO‑aligned controls, and audit requirements.
Monitor security alerts, conduct basic investigations, and coordinate incident response.
IT Policies, SOPs & Documentation
Develop, review,



and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and handbooks (e.g., Acceptable Usage, Asset Management, Backup).
Maintain audit‑ready documentation with proper version control and change logs.
Support internal and external IT audits by providing evidence and reports.
IT Asset & Vendor Management
Maintain IT asset inventory for hardware, software, licenses, and subscriptions.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, renewals, and support escalations.
Track lifecycle management of devices including onboarding and off boarding.
Prepare regular IT network reports and dashboards (asset status)
End‑User Support & Stakeholder Coordination
· Provide support to end users and business stakeholders as required.
Mentor junior IT staff and guide best practices.
