This position exists for the purpose of ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Security & Safety department. This role is responsible for overseeing and implementing security and safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, managing patrols, and providing detailed reports on security and safety performance.Essential Job Tasks




Manages daily security and safety operations, ensuring all protocols are followed across the property. Supervises security staff, oversees surveillance, and coordinates emergency response actions. Implements fire and life safety programs, audits compliance with security standards, and prepares detailed incident reports. Leads training and awareness initiatives for staff to promote a proactive safety culture.Areas of Responsibility
1. Supervision of Security & Safety Teams.• Daily Operations. Oversee the daily activities of security personnel and safety stewards, ensuring adherence to security protocols and safety regulations.
