We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and development of transformative Business Process Services (BPS/BPO) and Enterprise Application solutions across Finance & Accounting (F&A;), Procurement, Supply Chain, and Shared Services functions.
The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in business operations with solid knowledge of ERP platforms, digital transformation, automation, AI, and emerging Agentic AI technologies. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Operations, Consulting, Product, and AI teams to create differentiated solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for global clients.
The role will be instrumental in shaping next-generation Agentic BPaaS offerings by integrating AI agents, workflow orchestration, process intelligence, enterprise applications, and operational excellence frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale BPO, Managed Services, and BPaaS opportunities.
Design transformation-led solutions across:

Finance & Accounting (R2R, P2P,



O2C)
Procurement & Source-to-Pay
Supply Chain Planning
Logistics & Fulfillment
Inventory Management
Supplier Management
Shared Services Operations

Create future-state operating models incorporating Agentic AI, Automation, Analytics, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
Develop scalable, outcome-based solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Agentic AI & Digital Transformation

Identify opportunities to embed Agentic AI capabilities into business processes.
Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to design:

Autonomous workflow agents
AI copilots
Exception management agents
Knowledge agents
Predictive and prescriptive decision-support systems

Build business cases demonstrating productivity, quality, cycle-time, and cost improvements.
Stay current on emerging AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, process mining, and orchestration technologies.
